Booking Confirmation

A reservation becomes confirmed only once full payment, security deposit and written confirmation have been received and issued by Lux Living Oxford.

Lead Guest Responsibility

The lead guest accepts responsibility for all occupants and agrees to ensure all guests comply with property policies and booking terms.

Guest Identification

Photographic identification and guest details may be required prior to arrival and check-in.

Security Deposit & Damages

A refundable £200 deposit may be used for damage, breakages, excessive cleaning and policy breaches.

Occupancy & Visitors

Only registered guests may occupy the property. Additional guests require written approval.

Pre-Arrival Requirements

Prior to check-in, guests may be required to complete identity verification, provide guest details and complete requested pre-arrival documentation.

Required Documentation

The lead guest must provide valid photographic identification and complete any required guest agreements, registration forms or compliance documentation.

Failure To Complete Requirements

Failure to provide requested identification, complete required paperwork or pay required balances may result in cancellation without refund and refusal of occupancy.

Damage Deposit Requirement

A refundable £200 damage deposit is required before arrival and prior to release of check-in instructions and access details.

Booking Refusal Rights

Lux Living Oxford reserves the right to refuse or cancel reservations where reasonable concerns exist regarding conduct, verification or safety.

Parking

Parking is limited to one vehicle per booking only unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Unauthorised vehicles may be refused or incur charges.

Check-In Release Conditions

Check-in instructions and access information are released only once all balances, deposits and booking requirements have been completed.

Check-Out & Late Departure

Guests agree to vacate the property by the agreed departure time. Unauthorised late departures may incur fees.

Early Departures

Unused nights, shortened stays and voluntary early departures do not create entitlement to refunds.

No Shows

Failure to arrive without notice may be treated as a no-show and cancellation terms may apply.

Parties & Gatherings

Parties, celebrations, gatherings, filming activity and unauthorised events are prohibited.

Commercial Activity

Business use, commercial activity, filming or photography sessions require written approval.

Noise Policy

Guests agree to respect neighbouring residents and maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

Smoking & Vaping

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the property and may result in specialist cleaning charges.

Pets Policy

Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before arrival.

Furniture & Contents

Furniture, bed linen and household contents should remain within the property and not be moved unnecessarily.

Property Security

Guests agree to secure windows and lock doors whenever leaving the property unattended.

Additional Cleaning

One end-of-stay clean is included. Excessive cleaning or waste removal may incur further fees.

Damage Recovery

Where costs exceed the damage deposit amount, Lux Living Oxford reserves the right to recover additional losses.

Keys & Access Devices

Lost keys, fobs, parking permits and access devices may incur replacement and administration charges.

Property Access Rights

Lux Living Oxford and authorised representatives reserve the right to enter where reasonably necessary for maintenance, inspection or emergencies.

Subletting

Reservations may not be transferred, reassigned, resold or sublet under any circumstances.

Chargebacks

Guests agree to contact Lux Living Oxford before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

Internet & Utilities

Utilities and Wi-Fi are supplied in good faith and interruptions do not create entitlement to compensation.

CCTV & Security Systems

Where applicable, external security systems may operate for guest safety and property protection.

Illegal Activity

Illegal activity, anti-social behaviour or unlawful use of the property may result in immediate termination.

Force Majeure

Lux Living Oxford shall not be liable for interruption caused by weather, utility failure or events beyond reasonable control.

Complaints Procedure

Any complaint arising during a stay must be reported immediately to provide an opportunity for resolution.

Liability

Lux Living Oxford shall not be liable for loss, theft, personal belongings or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Governing Law
